Tahini Buddha Bowl Dressing

At the heart of this dressing lies tahini, a creamy paste made from ground sesame seeds. Tahini adds a luxurious and velvety texture to the dressing, creating a smooth and satisfying mouthfeel. Its subtle nutty flavor complements the other ingredients perfectly, forming a rich base for the dressing.

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup (130g) tahini

4 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. tamari

2 garlic cloves

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

4 tbsp. water

salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until creamy.

  2. Keep adding more water until you have reached the desired dressing consistency.
