Chocolate Chia Pudding

At the heart of this pudding is the deep and indulgent flavor of cocoa powder. Unsweetened cocoa powder adds a rich and robust chocolate taste that forms the foundation of the pudding's decadence. Combined with the natural sweetness of honey and the fragrant essence of vanilla extract, this pudding captures the essence of a delightful chocolate dessert.

INGREDIENTS:

4 tbsp. cocoa powder, unsweetened

2 tbsp. honey

½ tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup (240ml) cartoned coconut milk

5 tbsp. chia seeds

DIRECTIONS:

Place cocoa powder, honey and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix until well combined. Add the coconut milk and mix again. Now add the chia seeds and whisk until combined.

Divide the mixture between 2 serving glasses, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
