High Protein Southwest Chicken Salad

Prepare to experience a harmony of flavors in this protein-packed salad. Diced tomatoes and cucumber bring a refreshing crispness, while sweetcorn adds a touch of sweetness. For those who enjoy a little heat, sliced jalapeño peppers provide a kick of spiciness. The grilled chicken breast, a lean source of protein, offers a satisfying and savory element.
